Here is the deal, when you see a girl walking down the street or pretty much anywhere, they all look better when they are smiling. Teeth smile or no teeth smile, happy people spread joy. Maybe a Tshirt He could understand but if you don't pass on this, you'd be making a huge mistake.

He is a fan of high wedges. If you don't have a pair, it's time to get one. Tight jeans are always a nice addition too, if you don't have a pair of these, there is probably a reason.

These three velvet tie dye messes need to go back into the shoe box from which they came. Thank god they decided to make more then one version of this shoe, available in a heel, a boot and a flat. Now you can look horrible no matter what the occasion.

He is really starting to believe that this is the ArmHe's favorite time of the week, FashionVOTE by He. This weeks addition of "FashionVOTE by He" is Diasy Dukes, well pretty much just two girls wearing cowboy (or is it cowgirl?) boots. Who Wore it Better? But first, let's break down what we are looking at...

Girl 1: Damn those are short shorts, but He likes it. Her top is simple just a plain (probably boyfriend) henley long sleeve shirt. Nice and comfortable. No jewelry to mention. Standard brown tall cowgirl boots. Probably rolled out of bed and threw on whatever was closest to her. Simple outfit, not blowing anyone away.
Girl 2: Rocking the low cowgirl boots. He doesn't understand this at all. Along the same lines of the "go big or go home" saying, if you're gonna wear something make it authentic. No real cowgirl is wearing boots that small, seems very silly. Jean mini skirt, can't make He unhappy there. Looks like a pink/purple ruffle tuxedo style shirt. Shades to block out the sun, but not He.

Our first college student, meet Caroline from University of Rhode Island. She is quoted as saying "I shop almost every day, its what I do best." Want to know why He picked her for a HottHe of the Week. Caroline has a smoking hot body and she wears clothing so the world can take notice. There is really not point of having a kick ass body if no one is going to see it? If you haven't noticed Caroline seems to be a big fan of heels, they may not be the highest ones made, but hey she's still young. Keep doing what your doing.

How would you describe your style? I'd hafta say a luxurious prepster, traditional preppy look with high end elements. I'd pair a fitted khaki or chino with a pair of choos, or loubies, a pair of Rock and Republics with a sperry. Carry a Marc Jacobs while wearing a J crew cable knit. lol I don't know how to explain it other than preppy with a designer twist.

Who are your favorite designers? Marc Jacobs hands down. Gucci and Burberry are my go to designers for the everyday stuff. Other than that J.Crew is my favorite basic.

Sweatpants and Heels...Yes or No?

This topic has already been covered by many others, but not once by the King of Fashion. He decided that since Fall is quickly approaching it was time to let you know the good, the bad and the ugly of sweatpants and heels. First off, He has no problem with sweatpants, you want to walk around the house with them, be comfortable on the weekends, go for it. Lately people have been trying to style up their sweatpants, He is going to guess soley for the laziness factory. Sweatpants are comfortable, He totally understands, but let's watch out for a few things. First off, if you are going to wear them out in public, try not to look like a homeless person. Next, if you are going to wear sweatpants and heels, they cannot be the same sweatpants that you got back in college that look beat to sh*t. Capri Sweatpants can be pulled off by a select few, Mariah Carey is not one of those people, as you can see above. Heels and sweatpants should be considered an artform so few people can actually pull off this look. Really the problem isn't people pulling it off, its how they try and style the sweatpants.
