The two gorgeous girls from Sabo Skirt have just recently launched a clothing collection and store. Now they don't get to be the only two looking on in their clothing. He has had He's eyes on these two since they first launched their blog, and its great to see it get bigger. Recognized by her peers as the hardest-working, up-and-coming young designer in L.A., 23-year-old Donna Mizani is already making a name for herself with her ultra-feminine creations. In 2008 she began designing her first resort collection, predominately knit silks, for her self-named label, which debuted in Harvey Nichols Hong Kong stores in November 2009.

Once again, Hot Model + Hot Clothing = He Approved Collection. He went through and picked out a few of He's favorites from the collection. Always nice too when a designer makes a cool video to add to the collection. Now all we need is some more Spring weather for you ladies to start running around the city in these dresses.

He can always rely on past HottHe's of the Week to bring He the latest and greatest. One of the past Fashion by He HottHe's of the week suggested He take a look at the David Lerner's Collection.

“I wanted to create clothing that combined both aesthetics that is flattering and comfortable. A versatile, incredibly wearable collection that makes women feel sexy and confident”, says Lerner.

For anyone that has spent time in NYC, you know that black becomes a large part of your clothing collection. DL can easily be your go to for the little black dress, leggings and ts. Worn by a ton of celebrities, it is a collection definitely worth checking out.

Might be He's Favorite Skirt of All Time...

Holy hell. As far as He is concerned this could be the hottest, sexiest, most ass amazing dress ever made. Bec & Bridge hit a f*cking home run. Now the odds are this model just has an amazing ass, and that 99% of the people who wear this won't look half as good, but if you got an ass, and you want the world to know it. He found the dress to make the ass and legs worth 10 points, no question.

He professed He's love for StyleStalker quite some time ago, and as far as He is concerned they can do no wrong. The video is a little preview of their new collection that will be released soon There are even some pics after the break (click read more to see them) But it looks like StyleStalker has another winning collection under their belt.

"The Gestuz girl has a hint of scandal and sweetness in her when she meets the world. ..She's a bit of a wild one, but nevertheless charming...she does things her own way...always striking a balance between sexy and laid back"

He wants to meet this Gestuz girl, she sounds pretty perfect, looks good and sounds like shes down for a party. Not sure how He found this brand, but happy He did because it definitely needs some more publicity. Nothing too crazy with this collection, but many times simple is better. Of course the styling in these pictures helps too, hot shoes, stacked bangles (a favorite of Hes) and a hot model.

He is gaga for Indah. Then again anyone putting out a Cheeky Bottom is gonna bring a smile to He's face. Not quite sure they still only have 2010 Collections on their website and nothing for 2011, but gotta imagine more good things coming from this brand. Lots of crochet, cheeky bottoms, sheer and other stuff that makes He want to be in California on a beach. Still a small brand that you might not have heard of yet, but leave it to He to bring you into the Know.

Thank You...Mark Fast. Usually you will find He preaching that cut out dresses and holey dress are things to stay away from, and usually that is the case. But that doesn't mean we cannot recognize a hot collection by MF when He sees one. He is a fan of the crochet style that Mark has throughout all his collections lately. Pics above are from his Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, so there is definitely stuff to keep an eye out for in the upcoming months.

Apologies again for not bringing this to the ArmHe's attention sooner, but there are only so many days in the week, and only so many posts He can do. Night Cap Clothing has a lot of hot items, in their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection. Even their holiday and fall collection has a lot of pieces that still would look ridiculously hot. Lots of sheer, lace, light fabrics, it has to be that comfortable style that also look real sexy even though you aren't trying to be sexy. Designer Carisa Brambles, happens to also be a HottHe, defines the line "as what to wear if you were to pop out on the street for a quick potion of spirit drank at bedtime.” If it is He Approved, it should be a success, does the ArmHe like?

It is freaking about time Fashion by He featured All Saints, not sure why anyone hasn't emailed He to bring this up, but the time as come. Simple stuff, but manages to make the ladies look great. Being that He is in nyc, you have to learn all black, otherwise you are gonna go crazy. Not that it's a hard thing to learn as most women look best in all black. All Saints is simple but still He Approved, styled with a lot of jewelry you can turn this into a bad ass He Approved outfit.

A Moment In...Fashion?!?!

Unfortunately this brand A Moment In... has one of the hardest to navigate websites in the world. Why you would design a website in which its next to impossible to see the Spring/Summer 2011 Collection is beyond He's understanding. He would think you would want to make it easy for people to see your work, and hell even write blog posts about it. But what does He know, He is after all only the King of Fashion. So all He could really find are these Holiday pics really the best part are the textured leggings. Hard to see, but they are styled over the wedges, its a look He has featured before but a reminder never hurts. Rarely do you see girls pull the leggings over the heels or wedges, but when its done right, looks real good.

P.S. These pictures are from Revolve Clothing, the same site that featured Allie Crandell, the super skinny model. Apparently after reading the article on FbyHe they decided to give her a hot dog and remove her from the site. Keep your head up Allie, He would still love to take you out to dinner.

Andrea Lieberman = A.LC. Clothing. "realized collection comprised of daring silhouettes, chic, modular separates and perfectly engineered basics." He doesn't want to plagarize, but that sounds just like what He was gonna say. Actually the reason He likes this line for its simplicity, good lines. Not showing off a lot here, but what is hidden is sometimes better. The Resort Collection actually really makes He want to take a She to a beach somewhere and just hang out for the next 4 months until it heats back up. By the way if you don't have any long dresses, long maxi dresses in your closet. It might be something you want to go pick up now before everyone has one. Just a little warm weather heads up. The long dresses are coming, and for most of them He's got no problem with it.

In keeping with the Veterans' Day theme, He wants to talk about military pants for fall and winter. Let's also not forget that even though its winter, and you ladies like to cover up, Ankle Cleavage is still a great way to attract He's attention. Candy & Caviar what an awesome name for a clothing company. A cool mix of like satin material and sheer. Bottom left dress is pretty freakin cool, if you can pull it off. Simple colors, not reinventing the wheel by any means, but that doesn't mean its a bad thing. He has no problem approving a simple outfit or collection. So get yourself some candy and caviar, this collection might not taste good, but you will look good.

Introducing the steriod free alexander wang, aka Riller and Fount. Seems these days everyone is doing the jersey style collections, but dress number 1 (top left) caught He's eye pretty quickly. All of these stuff looks comfortable and sexy at the same time. You can wear this stuff during the day or for a night out and still be He Approved, and really isn't that what we all strive for.
